Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of receiving your package if there is an issue with your order.

Due to the personalized, seasonal, and limited-quantity nature of our boutique items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

To qualify for a return or exchange due to an issue, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In original packaging with tags attached

• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

• Reported within 3 days of delivery

Please carefully review sizing, colors, and product details before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect sizing selections

• Change of mind

• Minor color variations due to screen settings

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
